Paul David, PHR/SHRM-CP, has vast experience in human resources management. Paul is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Fleis & VandenBrink since March 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at Grand Rapids Foam Technologies from May 2019 to March 2021. Before that, they worked as the Senior Human Resources Manager at I I Stanley Co., Inc. from September 2015 to May 2019. In terms of certifications, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in May 2015. Recently, in August 2021, Paul also became a DISC Certified Trainer from DISCcert Inc. Additionally, they have expressed interest in pursuing certifications such as Crucial Conversations Certified Trainer and Professional in Human Resources from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, although specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
