We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive to join our rapidly growing Social and Digital Media team. This will be a great opportunity for someone who has a passion & innate curiosity for Social Media. Positions are available in Texas, Chicago and Washington, D.C.

the Role

  • Monthly Social Work 
    • Weigh in on monthly creative briefs, social content recommendations 
    • Lead monthly Snapchat Q&As  
    • Create monthly pinned post recommendations  
    • Manage creative QA elements from social publishing perspective  
    • Coordination with paid team on content  
  • Daily/Weekly Social Media Work 
    • Daily social media publishing responsibilities  
    • Daily community management support 
    • Development of weekly content calendar for publishing timing/cadence/channel (not content development)  
    • Point person for ad hoc FAQ creation 
    • Publishing recommendations for ad hoc content  
    • On call/publishing for weekends (every other) 

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a social media role (in-house, agency) 
  • Attention to detail with strong project management and prioritization skills; ability to manage ad-hoc requests in tandem with ongoing projects; ability to publish without making errors 
  • Excellent writing capabilities and proven success or genuine interest in creating social media content for brands across multiple channels including social channel management, publishing, community management, and strategy  
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all digital and social channels 
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms – particularly Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Giphy and X 
  • Experience with social media management tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and information clearly 
  • Collaborative attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive and excel in a challenging fast-paced environment 
  • Proactive, creative and independent thinker

The anticipated salary range for the Assistant Account Executive position is $50,000-$61,000. 

The anticipated salary range for the Account Executive position is $55,000-$82,000. 

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off and/or other benefits also are available.
