Adrianne C. Smith is a seasoned professional in the advertising, media, and diversity sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at FleishmanHillard since April 2021, Adrianne also founded Cannes Can: Diversity Collective in June 2017 to enhance pathways for underrepresented talent in creative industries. Previous roles include Global Director of Inclusion and Diversity at WPP and Managing Partner at Vision Corps Media Group, where Adrianne focused on content creation and talent cultivation. With diverse experience ranging from Director of Advertising Sales at Soul of the South Network to leadership positions in various media and advertising firms, Adrianne has consistently championed diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout a career that began with a BA in English from Spelman College and includes training from New York University.
