Lisa Moehlenkamp is the Chief Talent Officer and Chief of Staff at FleishmanHillard. Lisa has over 20 years of experience in human resources and benefits administration.

Lisa started their career at SBC Communications in 1984 as a Consultant Pension Administration. In this role, they managed all aspects of benefit administration and delivery for the company. This included working with all SBC benefit programs, writing and editing Summary Plan Descriptions, managing third-party vendors, developing internal processes for the delivery of benefits, and providing training on benefit programs. In 1998, they were part of the team that transitioned the company's benefits outsourcing to a new vendor.

After 14 years at SBC Communications, Lisa left to join AT&T in 1998. Lisa spent four years at AT&T before joining FleishmanHillard in 2002. Lisa has been with FleishmanHillard for 18 years and has held their current position of Chief Talent Officer and Chief of Staff for the past six years.

Lisa Moehlenkamp has a Master's in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a Bachelor's in Management from Maryville University of Saint Louis.

Lisa Moehlenkamp reports to John Saunders, President & CEO. They work with Faith Howe - Managing Director, Talent Development, Ephraim Cohen - Global MD, Media & Platforms, and Anne De Schweinitz - Global MD, Healthcare.
