Melissa Kuhner

Melissa Kuhner is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in talent development and employee relations. Currently serving as Director of Talent Development at FleishmanHillard since March 2020, Melissa provides coaching and support on performance issues. Previous roles include Sr. Manager and Manager of Talent Development at ANN INC, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment and organizational design. Prior experience includes roles at Pernod Ricard, PepsiCo, and Citigroup, among others, where Melissa managed recruitment processes, employee relations, and onboarding. Melissa holds a B.A. in English from Manhattan University and a Master of Science in HR Management & Organizational Development from Manhattanville University.
