Richard Bai

Richard Bai has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as IT Director for the APAC region at Fleishman-Hillard since June 2006, where responsibilities include managing IT support aligned with service level agreements. Prior to this role, Richard was a Site IT System Manager at Microsoft from March 2003 to June 2006, providing escalation support and 24/7 infrastructure support. Additionally, Richard held the position of Helpdesk Team Manager, overseeing daily operations and team management. Earlier experience includes serving as IT Manager at TD-SCDMA Forum and a Network Engineer at Aisino Corporation, both focusing on user support and infrastructure compliance. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Electric & Electronic from Shandong University, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
