Matthew Gatenby

Matthew Gatenby has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Matthew began their career at Westpac, where they worked in various positions within cheque clearing services, internal relief officer, and international correspondence. Following that, they worked at Splash Computers as a personal computer specialist, focusing on building, installing, and maintaining servers and small business networks. Matthew then joined Somerville as a systems administrator, where they provided IT support and delivered new solutions to customers. Matthew later established their own company, Konstruct Network Solutions, where they served as owner, partner, and systems engineer, offering IT services to various businesses. Matthew then worked at Crane Group as an IT administrator and engineer before joining Fletcher Building. At Fletcher Building, Matthew held multiple roles, including senior windows administrator, senior network and UC engineer, network UC team lead, and network and UC delivery team lead. In these capacities, they led teams, managed finances, and was responsible for various technical aspects, such as network infrastructure, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, email appliances, and more.
