Lorna Bailey

Lorna Bailey is the Head of Learning and Development at Fletchers Solicitors, a position held since February 2009, where the focus is on supporting, developing, and inspiring colleagues while enhancing productivity through new projects and initiatives. Additionally, Lorna has experience managing the Fast Track RTA and EL/PL department as the Head of Fast Track PI and in supervisory and fee-earning roles within the Fast Track Personal Injury sector. Since December 2018, Lorna has also served as a Law Tutor at The Law Academy Ltd, teaching Civil Litigation and Professional Skills to CILEX students. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Education from the University of Central Lancashire, CILEX from The Law Academy Ltd, and a Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Leadership and Management from Southport College.
