Julie Dunn

Julie Dunn is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on employee relations, health and safety, and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice-présidente des ressources humaines and previously as Directrice des ressources humaines at Fleury Michon Amérique since March 2019, Julie has extensive experience in HR management, talent acquisition, employee coaching, and the implementation of safety programs. Prior to this, Julie held various HR roles at JR Mécanique Ltée / M.I.G. and Charles River Laboratories, where responsibilities included managing employee benefits for a large workforce, leading health and safety initiatives, and working on disciplinary procedures and training. Julie's educational background includes a Certificat in Relation de travail from UQAM and a Diplôme d'études collégiales in Bureautique from Collège de Valleyfield.
