Alex Slauson

Alex Slauson has a strong background in sales and business development. Alex started their career at Flex-A-Seal Inc. in 2009 as an Inside Sales representative, where they managed accounts, spearheaded new business development, and provided technical industry guidance to customers. Alex maintained relationships with distributors and end-users across the USA and internationally. In 2012, they moved on to become the West Coast United States Regional Sales Manager at Flexaseal Engineered Seals and Systems, LLC, where they successfully implemented new business development strategies and grew the West Coast territory by 200%. In 2015, they became the Owner/Vice President of Sales, overseeing various aspects of the business, including business development, product development, marketing, and sales. In 2020, they were promoted to President of Flexaseal Engineered Seals and Systems, LLC. Throughout their career, they have excelled in building long-term customer relationships and ensuring customer needs are met.

Alex Slauson completed their high school education at Champlain Valley Union High School from 2001 to 2005, earning a High School Diploma. They subsequently attended St. Lawrence University from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a double major in Economics/Business and History. Alex obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree upon completion of their studies.
