Damon Marvel has extensive experience in operational management, currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager for Gulf South at Flex-A-Seal since March 2018. Prior to this role, Damon Marvel held the position of General Manager at PPC Mechanical Seals from May 1990 to July 2017, where significant expertise in managing operations was developed over nearly three decades.
