Shannon Lavender

Shannon Lavender has over 30 years of experience in the credit union industry, currently serving as Conversion Team Lead and formerly as Conversion Coordinator at FLEX Credit Union Technology since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles such as Executive Vice President at EP Federal Credit Union from August 2005 to December 2019, Chief Operations Officer at the Department of Labor Federal Credit Union from January 2000 to July 2005, and League Consultant at the Virginia Credit Union League from November 1998 to January 2000. Shannon also held the position of Credit Union Manager at National Geographic and Accounting Manager at NARFE PREMIER FEDERAL CREDIT UNION earlier in the career. Education includes a B.S. in Psychology from The University of Georgia, completed from 1985 to 1989.
