Scott Darkey

Scott has managed FlexEnergy’s human resources and administrative infrastructure since 2017. His responsibilities include sourcing talent, retaining, and rewarding employees while working as a strategic business partner with functional leadership. He manages the planning, implementation, and administration of HR programs and systems including employment, compliance, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and development. Through his 28+ year career in human resources, Scott has worked in industries including transportation, healthcare, real estate, and oil and gas for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 300. Scott received a B.A. in Political Science from Colorado State University, Ft. Collins, CO.
