María Inés Odriozola Landeras

María Inés Odriozola Landeras has extensive experience in human resources and corporate communication, currently serving as Corporate Director of HR at Flex Equipos de Descanso since January 2020. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources Operations and Zamudio Plant at ITP - Industria de Turbo Propulsores, and Director of Human Talent for AJE Group across Spain, Africa, India, and franchises. From August 2006 to September 2015, María Inés held the position of Director of HR and Communication at Coca-Cola Iberian Partners (Casbega), and from May 2000 to July 2006, served as HR Country Manager for H.J. Heinz Company. María Inés has also worked at Iparlat, S.A., and Eusko Trenbideak/Ferrocarriles Vascos, with early experience as an Euskera professor. María Inés holds degrees in Communication Sciences from Universidad del País Vasco, a diploma in Education from Escuela Universitaria Diocesana de Magisterio de San Sebastián, and completed the International Executive Development and Leadership Program at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.
