Tosin Akinbobola

Tosin Akinbobola has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Tosin started their career at Ffyniant Enterprises in 2016 as a Fullstack Web Developer. Tosin then joined SuperDAO in 2017 as a Cofounder and Software Developer. In 2018, they worked as a Frontend and JavaScript Developer at Bitmama. Tosin then joined Interswitch Group in 2019 as a Software Engineer. Currently, they work at Flex Finance as a Senior Software Engineer, where they serve as a team lead and is responsible for leading system design and maintenance of various systems, including wallet and requisition systems. Tosin also oversees the development and maintenance of internal developer tooling to improve developer velocity. Tosin's roles involve reviewing team performance and optimizing productivity, as well as ensuring compliance with best practices and company policies.

Tosin Akinbobola earned a Bachelor's degree in Geophysics from the University of Lagos, which they attended from 2008 to 2013. In 2014 and 2015, they pursued a Diploma in Software Engineering at the National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT). Tosin further enhanced their education by completing a Short course in Fullstack Web Development at Udemy from 2016 to 2017. In 2017 and 2018, Tosin obtained a Nanodegree in Intermediate Web Development from Udacity. Additionally, they acquired certification in "Powering Up With React" from Code School in November 2016.
