Jennifer Morehead is the CEO of Flex HR, a human resources consulting and outsourcing solutions company. Since acquiring the business in 2020, they have successfully improved sales by 46% in year 1 and 150% in year 2 compared to the previous year. Jennifer manages a team dedicated to delivering customer excellence and has established multiple channel partnerships and strategic alliances. Prior to Flex HR, Jennifer was the CEO and Founder of Salesboxer, where they developed the business and led national sales efforts. Jennifer successfully sold the company in 2020. Additionally, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors for Growth Management Corporation and held various leadership roles, including Sales Manager, at Tribune Company - WGN Radio. Earlier in their career, they served as the Assistant Vice President of External Affairs at United Way of the Bay Area and worked as a Business Analyst at Accenture. Through their work experience, Jennifer has demonstrated strong leadership, sales, and business development skills.
Jennifer Morehead completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Economics from Northwestern University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Jennifer further pursued their education at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, earning their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing and Media Management from 2005 to 2007.
In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has obtained several certifications. In February 2020, they received their Certified Professional Coder Apprentice (CPC-A) certification from the American Academy of Professional Coders. Furthermore, they acquired Insurance Agent licenses for Health, Property, and Casualty from both the Illinois Department of Insurance and the Georgia Department of Insurance & Safety Fire in May and June 2021, respectively. Most recently, in March 2022, Jennifer obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
