Ron Matzke

Ron Matzke is an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager at North American Lighting, Inc., a position held since June 2023. Matzke also serves as the Manager of Manufacturing at Flex-N-Gate since February 2022. Previously, Matzke worked at North American Lighting, Inc. for nearly 17 years, transitioning from General Foreman, overseeing a large team in the assembly of forward lighting with stringent quality expectations, to a Supplier Quality Engineer responsible for managing supply sources and collaborating with program management on new component launches. Earlier in the career, Matzke was a Senior Supervisor at HAPPICO, where responsibilities included overseeing production for an automotive products manufacturer and implementing effective process improvement strategies, such as Six Sigma and lean manufacturing. Matzke's education includes training at Shainin LLC.
