Matthew Holley

Matthew Holley is a finance professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Company Controller at Flex Pack since April 2023, Matthew previously worked as Director of Finance at Voyant Beauty from July 2021 to July 2024 and held several senior finance positions at Ecolab between April 2014 and July 2021, contributing to global commercial finance and financial analysis. Prior to this, Matthew was a Financial Analyst at VF Corporation and gained significant auditing experience as an Experienced Audit Associate at PwC. Additionally, Matthew's early career includes management roles in the hospitality industry and service as a Team Chief in the US Army. Matthew holds a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University and an A.A. in Business Administration from Palm Beach State College.
