Full Stack Engineer at Flex Rental Solutions

Matt Dale has a diverse range of work experience in the audio and technical field. Matt started their career in 2006 as a Sound Technician/Engineer at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts. From there, they worked as a Studio Manager at Lebanon Valley College, where they managed and maintained music production studios and coordinated live recordings. In 2007, they joined Masque Sound as an AP Tech, testing audio equipment and working closely with the repair department. Matt also worked at Maple Analog Technologies as a Technician during this time.

In 2010, Matt returned to Masque Sound and took on the role of a Production Coordinator, where they designed custom operations applications, managed the shop floor, and mixed FOH and monitors. Matt also acted as an in-house production engineer and system designer. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Production Audio/shop rep for The Bodyguard US Tour, turning the sound designer's specifications into a tourable package and managing the audio crew.

Since 2014, Matt has also been working at Common Logic as an A1 & A2, assisting with audio for events at MetLife Stadium, including NFL games and live TV broadcasts. Matt occasionally mixes stadium events and auxiliary programs.

In 2020, Matt joined Show Code, LLC as a Technical Lead Developer and later moved to Flex Rental Solutions as a Full Stack Engineer. Throughout their career, they have gained experience with various audio consoles and equipment, including Digico SD series consoles, Avid Profile/SC48, and Yamaha LS9, among others.
