Leiza Cypriano, CSM®️, CSPO©️

Leiza Cypriano has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Leiza is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at Flex Seal Family of Products. Prior to this, they served as a Digital Project Manager at NextEra Energy Resources. Leiza also worked at OneHope as a Project Design Manager, where they managed projects and implemented innovative communication campaigns. Before that, they were a Project Manager at BrandStar, where they successfully managed projects for prestigious national and international brands. Leiza has also worked in various roles at non-profit organizations, including as a Media Director & Project Manager, a Missionary, and an Executive Administrative Assistant. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to motivate teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Leiza Cypriano obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Multimedia Journalism from Florida Atlantic University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree at Palm Beach State College from 2009 to 2011. In 2000 to 2002, Leiza studied Biblical Studies at the International School of Ministry. Leiza has also obtained several certifications including Basecamp: Project Management Best Practices from LinkedIn in December 2020, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in September 2020, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in September 2020, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in September 2020.
