Christopher Ciolino

Christopher Ciolino has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Christopher began their career as a Desktop Support Technician at Hardware Professionals Network/Super Computers in 2001, where they provided comprehensive support and installation of desktops, mobile applications, and hardware. Christopher also trained customers on new software and provided ongoing customer support.

In 2007, they joined EDS Group as a Level II Desktop Support, where they provided in-depth desktop support for National Heritage Insurance Co. Their responsibilities included system re-imaging using network installation/Norton Ghost.

From 2008 to 2014, Christopher worked at VSP Vision Care as a Level II Technical Support/Application Developer. Christopher supported and troubleshooted various systems and applications such as Windows 7/10, Citrix, Imprivata, EPIC EHR systems, and Cisco VPN Clients.
