Garth Conrad

Garth Conrad is an experienced professional in quality management, currently serving as Vice President of Quality at Flex Health Solutions since February 2021. Previous roles include Vice President of Quality at BD from December 2017 to February 2021, and VP Quality at CR Bard prior to its acquisition by BD. Garth has a strong foundation in quality systems, having held several leadership positions at Medtronic, where tenure spanned from June 2004 to November 2015. Early career experience includes roles at Ethicon - Johnson & Johnson, Chromalloy New York, and Schenectady Materials and Processes Laboratory Inc. Garth holds a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in Business Management from Union University.
