Vinoth Muthiah Sekhar

Vinoth Muthiah Sekhar has extensive experience in operations and process engineering, currently serving as an Assistant Manager and Team Lead at Flex since October 2013, where responsibilities include driving daily operations, monitoring metrics, and guiding the team. Prior to this role, Vinoth worked as a Process Engineer at Flex, focusing on creating and modifying work instructions and providing assembly instructions using Auto-CAD. Previously, Vinoth held the position of EA-Process Engineering at Sanmina-SCI in Chennai from April 2011 to October 2013, where tasks involved defining process flows and preparing standard operating procedures.
