Eugen Coulthard

Eugen Coulthard has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Eugen currently holds the position of Head of Commercial at FLEXA, where they have been working since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Retail at the same company from May to September 2023. In January 2023, Eugen founded their own company with over 20 years of experience in management and sales positions, specializing in digital B2B and D2C sales and marketing.

Before founding their own company, Eugen served as the Director of Ecommerce at Society of Lifestyle from February 2022 to January 2023. Eugen also worked as an Online Sales Manager at the same company from May 2021 to February 2022. From 2018 to 2020, Eugen worked as an International Sales Manager at JACK & JONES, where they had global strategy and P/L responsibility, including managing and developing KAM profiles.

Prior to JACK & JONES, Eugen held various roles at BESTSELLER from 2006 to 2018, including Digital B2B Sales and Implementation Manager, Digital Business Developer Manager, Head of section People Development, Retail Coach, and Retail Education Trainer.

Before their tenure at BESTSELLER, Eugen worked as a Sales Manager at Rune Design A/S, where they managed international sales offices. Eugen also had entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Discotek 3D. Additionally, they worked as a Business Developer at Buddy Holly Invest A/S and as a Staff Sergeant in the Danish Military Police IFOR Bosnia.

Throughout their career, Eugen has demonstrated expertise in digital sales, marketing, leadership, and training, with a focus on driving business growth and optimizing value chains.

Eugen Coulthard has a diverse education history reflecting a strong interest in leadership and management.

In 1990, they completed their HH degree from Hobro Hadsund Handelsskole. Later, in 2002, they obtained a Merkonom degree in Leadership, Economics, and Business Law from Tradium, Randers.

In 2009, Eugen Coulthard pursued a Master of Business Leadership degree from KF Andersen Leadership Academy with a focus on "The Will to Lead." Eugen also obtained a PPA - DISC certification from Thomas International in August 2009.

Their interest in leadership continued, as evidenced by their attendance at the Center for Ledelse in 2014, where they studied Situational Leadership SLII. Moreover, in 2017, they completed a course on Change Management at BESTSELLER ACADEMY, further expanding their expertise in organizational change.

More recently, Eugen Coulthard acquired a board education, specializing in Board Management, from Board Company in 2020.

Their commitment to ongoing professional growth is reflected in their numerous certifications. Eugen obtained the Situational Approach with Leadership certification from Ken Blanchard in 2007. In 2015, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner® through Scrum Alliance. Additionally, in 2016, they completed courses in Agile User Stories Planning and Change Management through LinkedIn. Most recently, in December 2020, they obtained the Google Success Online certification from Google.
