Andrea Costa

Andrea Costa has been working in the Human Resources field since 2015. Andrea started their career as a Project Intern at School Raising, where they were responsible for the analysis of the Social Return on Investment of the projects funded through the company's crowdfunding platform. In 2017, Andrea joined Pohl Consulting & Associates as a Project Officer, where they were responsible for Business Development, including Project Acquisition and Partnerships Management. In 2018, they moved to Hertie School of Governance, where they worked as a Research Associate and provided research and administrative support for a research project funded by the European Commission, as well as concept development for a research project in the field of public administration digitalization. In 2019, Andrea joined Bonial.com as a Recruiter and Office & Culture Manager. Currently, Andrea is employed at Flexcavo as a Team Lead People & Culture and HR Manager.

Andrea Costa has an extensive education history. From 2010 to 2013, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management for Art, Culture and Communication from Università Bocconi. Andrea then continued their studies at Università Bocconi from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Master of Science in Economics and Management of Public Administrations and International Organizations. During this time, they also obtained a Master of Public Policy from Hertie School in the field of Public Policy Analysis. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Agility in HR from ICAgile, Agility in HR (Online) from Management 3.0, ICAgile Certified Professional - Agility in HR from ICAgile, Energizing People from Management 3.0, and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
