James Adamson

James Adamson is a seasoned optimisation engineer with extensive experience in operational research and mathematical modelling. Currently serving as the Lead Optimisation Engineer at Flexciton since December 2020, James previously held roles at Decision Lab UK, where contributions included leadership of the simulation team and the development of models to support client decision-making. Prior to that, James worked at Openreach in various managerial capacities focused on forecasting productivity and training needs across the UK South. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Operational Research and a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering, both from the University of Southampton.
