Xiaolu Choi

Xiaolu (Lulu) Choi is a Senior Corporate Counsel at Flexe since December 2021, specializing in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex SaaS contracts, as well as developing and enhancing standard service terms to align with product improvements. Previously, Choi served as Corporate Counsel at Expeditors from February 2015 to December 2021, focusing on privacy and data protection provisions and supporting the Global Data Privacy Officer in establishing a global privacy compliance infrastructure. Choi's earlier experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at Washburn University School of Law, an Associate in the Tax and Finance Team at XinTian Certified Accounting & Law, and a Summer Associate at Beijing Chang Tsi & Partners Law Firm, where involvement included various aspects of intellectual property law. Choi holds a Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law and another Juris Doctor in International Business Law from Peking University.
