Isaiah Anderegg SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP has over 19 years of experience in the human resources field. Isaiah is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Flexential, where they are responsible for leading and delivering the enterprise human capital strategy. Prior to this role, Isaiah worked as a Course Instructor at SHRM. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Head of Talent Management at Aimco Apartment Homes, overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition and management. Isaiah also holds certifications as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), both obtained from SHRM.
