Kristen Sejera

Kristen Sejera has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kristen currently works at Flexential as the Manager of Strategic Initiatives, where they collaborate with the company's top leaders to achieve strategic goals and leads cross-functional projects. Prior to this, Kristen served as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Flexential, managing customer relationships, driving retention, and renewing contracts. Kristen also worked as an Account Executive at Flexential, where they were responsible for uncovering new opportunities and managing an install base of over 40 customers.

Before joining Flexential, Kristen worked as an Account Executive/Business Development professional at Zayo Group, where they helped tech companies in the Boulder/Denver area with their IT services. Kristen also held the role of Area Manager at Dale Carnegie Training, where they coached individuals and improved overall company performance. Kristen's experience also includes working as a Sales Associate at Urban Mattress, where they prioritized customer service and loyalty. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Campus Life Director at Youth for Christ, where they built a youth campus ministry program from scratch.

In addition to their professional experience, Kristen gained valuable leadership skills as an Independent Basketball Official, officiating games at various levels, including NCAA Division II and III, NJCAA, and championship games in Colorado. Kristen also demonstrated their ability to handle high-pressure situations and communicate effectively.
