Megan Killpack, PMP, CSM, ITIL has a diverse work experience in project management and service delivery. Starting in 2011, they worked at Children's Hospital Colorado, initially as a Project Coordinator, where they maintained project plans, monitored budgets, and provided administrative support. Megan then progressed to the role of IT Project Manager, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and tracking project progress. In their final role at the hospital, they served as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for developing project plans, managing the vendor selection process, and overseeing complex project budgets.

In 2017, Megan joined Flexential as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for a wide range of project management tasks. After two years in this role, they were promoted to the position of Director of Service Development, where they played a key role in developing new services for the company. Currently, Megan holds the position of Senior Director of Service Delivery at Flexential, leveraging their extensive experience and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.

Megan Killpack, PMP, CSM, ITIL, has a strong educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver, which they earned from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Science from Colorado State University from 2001 to 2006.

In addition to their educational achievements, Megan has also obtained several certifications. Megan achieved the ITIL Foundation Level 4 certification from PeopleCert in March 2020. Megan also earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2019.
