Paul Slakey has a strong background in customer success and leadership roles. Paul is currently the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Flexential, where they are responsible for managing and optimizing the post-sales experience for all customers. Prior to this, Paul was the Vice President of Customer Success at Nutanix, where they led a global team and designed customer success strategies. Paul also served as the Managing Director of Customer Success at Vista Consulting Group, where they developed and led the Customer Success Practice. Earlier in their career, Paul held leadership roles at BrightEdge, Gainsight, Findly (now Symphony Talent), LinkedIn, Google, Progress Software, and Persistence Software. Overall, Paul brings a wealth of experience in building customer relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving business growth.
Paul Slakey has an MBA in General Management and Strategy from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Paul holds an MS degree in Engineering and a BS degree in Engineering, both from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certification as a BrightEdge Certified Professional from BrightEdge in March 2016.
