Jeanne Weiss Ms

Jeanne Weiss has extensive experience in customer success and leadership roles. Jeanne is currently the VP of Customer Success at Flexera and Revenera. Prior to that, they held the positions of Vice President of Revenera Customer Success and Sr Director of Global Customer Success and Renewals at Revenera. Earlier in their career, they worked at Motorola Solutions as the Senior Director of Global Customer Advocacy and Quality and the Director of Global Support Services Portfolio. Jeanne also worked at Motorola Mobility as the Director of Services Product Management & Marketing, North America and the Systems Planning Manager. Throughout their career, Jeanne has been responsible for driving customer success outcomes, increasing renewal rates, and expanding revenue. Jeanne has also managed quality operations and led global teams in business development and portfolio management.

Jeanne Weiss MS, CEM(2) holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from DePaul Driehaus College of Business. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics/Marketing from Illinois State University.
