Raunakk Khanna, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Raunakk began their career at Bnke Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Dell Technical Support professional, where they worked with Dell Technologies. Raunakk then moved on to Sutherland Global Services as a McAfee Support specialist. Later, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise, starting as a Storage Consultant and then progressing to a Technical Account Manager and ultimately a Customer Success Manager. During their time at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Raunakk gained expertise in managing customer projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. Raunakk then transitioned to Rackspace Technology as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they built and maintained positive customer relationships and managed customer projects and delivery schedules. Currently, Raunakk is working at Flexera as a Principal - Technical Service Delivery, focusing on business process improvement and strategic initiatives. Raunakk collaborates across departments and acts as a stakeholder representative for international projects. Raunakk's work experience demonstrates their ability to effectively manage customer relationships, drive improvements, and deliver results.

Raunakk Khanna has an extensive education history in the field of business and commerce. Raunakk obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2021 to 2023. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting from The Bhawanipur Education Society College between 2006 and 2009.
