Jiri Knesl is a Czech entrepreneur, software developer, and management consultant. Jiri is the founder of Flexiana, a software development company. Jiri has also worked as a CEO, software developer, and scrum master at Sprint Masters, an IT consulting company, and as a senior software developer at twobits. In their career, Knesl has focused on providing seminars and consulting in various fields focusing on software development, including software testing, refactoring, clean code, architecture, and other topics. Jiri has also pioneered a non-hierarchical organizational approach with other lectors. Knesl has helped companies of all ranges from enterprises with thousands of employees to startups. In addition to their work in the private sector, Knesl has also done pro-bono work for early stage startups, mentoring motivated teams and talented individuals.
