Ashley Troumbly has extensive work experience in various positions. Ashley started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Michaywé in 2009 and worked there until 2013. Ashley then joined Catholic Human Services Inc as a Program Assistant from an unknown start date until 2016. In 2015, Ashley joined Flexible Staffing, where they held multiple roles, including Operations Manager from June 2015 to June 2016, Assistant Regional Manager from June 2016 to June 2017, Director of Recruiting and Compliance from June 2017 to September 2020, and Regional Vice President from September 2020 to the present. Recently, they have been promoted to Vice President of Operations in January 2022 at Flexible Staffing.

Ashley Troumbly attended Gaylord High School from 1997 to 2001. Ashley then pursued a field of study in Social Work at Central Michigan University. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Prevention Specialist from the Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals.
