Rafael Diaz

Rafael Diaz has been working in the industry since 1999. Rafael began their career in the US Army as a Signal Systems specialist, where they were responsible for maintaining 98% of all communications during missions. Rafael then moved on to Apex Systems as a Network Administrator in 2003. In 2004, they joined Best Buy as a Department Manager, where they developed sales goals, shrink budgets, and attachment rates for their team and himself, as well as trained new hires on sales form and approach. In 2006, they joined Lowe's Home Improvement as a Sales Service Manager, where they were responsible for setting day to day sales goals and shrink awareness, as well as training and development of the company's views and required culture. In 2018, they began working at Flexible Business Systems as a Warehouse Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Estes Forwarding Worldwide, LLC (EFW) as a Supervisor Warehouse operations.

Rafael Diaz attended The Art Institutes from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a B.S. in Game Art & Design. Rafael'sfield of study was Game Art & Design.
