Isabelle Nogha

Isabelle NOGHA is an experienced chemist specializing in elastomer materials, currently serving as an Ingénieure Chimiste at Flexitech since January 2025, focusing on benchmarking competitor pipes and developing product specifications for ultra-low-cost applications. Prior experience includes overseeing silicone formulation at EVC and managing quality and safety in the laboratory, along with commercial engineering at IMCD N.V., where development and technical support in rubber formulation were primary responsibilities. Isabelle has also worked in quality engineering at Hexcel Corporation, addressing material anomalies in the aerospace sector. Academic qualifications include a Master in Strategy and Design of the Anthropocene from ESC Clermont Business School and advanced studies in elastomers and macromolecular chemistry.
