Nicolas Falandry

Nicolas FALANDRY has a strong background in engineering and project management. Nicolas is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Flexitech since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the R&D Director Process and Industrialization at Gerflor Group from September 2020 to March 2022. Nicolas also held the position of Method, Material & Process Engineering Director at Valeo Lighting Systems from September 2017 to September 2020.

From 2015 to 2017, Nicolas worked as the Engineering Director Europe at Dura Automotive Systems LLC, focusing on Powertrain, Exterior, Structures, and Electronics. Nicolas also served as the Engineering Director of the Powertrain Division during that time period.

Before that, they worked at FAURECIA Autositze GmbH as the R&D Department Manager for Accessories Europe from July 2014 to September 2015. Prior to that, they held the role of Engineering Department Manager for AUDI/BMW from August 2011 to July 2014, where they managed product design, process definition, development teams, and relationships with customers and suppliers.

Nicolas started their career at PLASTIC OMNIUM in 2000, where they held various managerial roles, including VW Projects/Engineering Manager, BMW US-Projects/Engineering Manager, and Group Leader of Injection and Tooling Development. Nicolas also worked as an Engineering Project Manager during their tenure at the company.

Before joining PLASTIC OMNIUM, they worked at SOMEPAERCEMORA as a Project Manager from September 1996 to April 2000. Nicolas began their educational journey by studying at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon from 1992 to 1996 and then completed their studies at IUT Lyon 1 from September 1990 to July 1992.

Nicolas FALANDRY began their education in 1990 at IUT Lyon 1. However, no specific degree or field of study was provided for this period. From 1992 to 1996, they attended INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, where they obtained a Master's degree in Plastics Engineering.
