Paul G. Smith

Paul G. Smith has been a member of the Board of Directors at Flexiti since January 2014, and has served as Chair of the Special Committee and a member of both the Operations and Finance Committees since March 2021. Paul is also a Board Member at Park Lawn Corporation and was previously Co-Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer at Equity Financial Holdings Inc. from May 2004 to February 2014. Throughout their career, Paul has been dedicated to public service and has served on the Board of Directors for VIA Rail Canada from December 2006 to August 2014, where they were appointed Chair in December 2010.

Paul G. Smith holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Carleton University, a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Political Science from the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Ottawa. Paul is also certified by the Institute of Corporate Directors in ICD.D, Corporate Governance.
