Zainab Rafiq

Zainab Rafiq is an experienced professional in fraud strategy and detection, currently serving as Fraud Strategy Manager at Flexiti since September 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Analyst in the same department. Prior to Flexiti, Zainab worked at Scotiabank from August 2018 to September 2021 as a Senior Fraud Analyst and Fraud Detection Analyst, focusing on preventing losses through account monitoring and customer interaction. Earlier experience includes a Customer Service Representative role at CIBC and leadership as President of the Economics Students' Association at the University of Toronto, along with project coordination as Campaigns and Outreach Coordinator for Oxfam at the University of Toronto Scarborough. Zainab holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, and Psychology from the University of Toronto.
