Emma Hill

Emma Hill has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Establishment Planning Manager at Flexjet since February 2020, where responsibilities include supervising and mentoring the Crew Dispatch team and optimizing Flight Crew rosters. Previously, at Flexjet, Emma held several roles, including Crew Dispatch and Training Support Manager, Crew Dispatch Team Leader, and Crew Dispatcher, where duties encompassed arranging crew logistics and ensuring compliance with duty time regulations. Prior to Flexjet, Emma worked at BA CityFlyer in various roles from May 2010 to February 2020, including Flight Crew Executive and Operations Controller. Emma began a career in aviation at Manchester Handling Limited as a Dispatcher and at Servisair as an Operations Controller. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Consumer Law from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
