Eny Ghislaine Hathaway

Eny Hathaway serves as the UX/UI Design Leader & Manager at Flexjet since October 2022, bringing extensive experience in product design and user experience across various industries. Prior roles include Associate Director of Product Design and Team Leader, Senior Product Designer at First Orion, where contributions focused on branding mobile communication. With previous management experience as User Experience Design Manager at OneSky Flight and a strong foundation as Sr. Healthcare UI Designer at MITRE, Eny has consistently advocated for user-centered design. Eny’s career began with roles such as Lead User Experience Designer at Kronos and Web Designer at Smith & Nephew Advanced Surgical Devices Division, showcasing a wide range of design skills and collaboration across teams. Eny holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
