Andrzej Krzysztof Wieczorek has a diverse work experience in the maritime industry. Andrzej Krzysztof began their career in 2004 as an Engineering Cadet at Polferries. Andrzej Krzysztof then worked as an Engineering Cadet at Zarząd Morskich Portów Szczecin i Świnoujście in 2005. In 2006, they joined BP as a Junior Engineer and later progressed to the roles of Fourth Engineer, Third Engineer Officer/ERO, and Engineering Cadet. In 2014, Andrzej worked at Thenamaris as a Second Engineer/ERO before moving to HydroDive as a Second Engineer/Engine Room Supervisor. Andrzej Krzysztof then joined GO MARINE GROUP as a Second Engineer and WW Technic/Wartsila/Winterthur Gas & Diesel as a Technical/Service Superintendent. In 2016, Andrzej worked at Nigeria LNG Limited as a Second Engineer - 1st A/Engineer. From 2018, they started working as a Lecturer at The Maritime University of Szczecin. Currently, Andrzej is serving as the Chief Engineer at FLEX LNG.

Andrzej Krzysztof Wieczorek attended the Polish Air Force Education System - Secondary Military Air School in Dęblin from 1997 to 2001. Andrzej Krzysztof then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Maritime University of Szczecin, studying from 2003 to 2007. Finally, they completed their education at the Maritime University of Szczecin, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree.
