Noa Simon is the Business Operations & Strategy Lead at Flexor, responsible for shaping operational initiatives such as go-to-market, customer management, and finance. At Nia, Noa serves as an Advisor and Founder, managing a global team of analysts working on research projects in various markets. Noa also works as a Consultant at LINX and previously held the role of Market Insights & Strategy Manager at Amdocs, focusing on crafting penetration strategies and supporting decision-making with business metrics. In the Ministry of Health Israel, Noa was the Head of Operational Intelligence for COVID-19, leading a team of data practitioners and providing daily updates to senior officials. Additionally, at the Israel Defense Forces, Noa served as the Head of Analysis Team for Policy and Strategy during active reserve duty. Noa holds a BA in Film and Television Studies from Tel Aviv University and is a NAMBA student at Jolt.io.
