Marcus Diwisch

Marcus Diwisch has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Marcus worked as a Head of Customer Success at Flexperto GmbH, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a freelance Business Consultant, primarily focusing on digital projects and working remotely since 2020. Marcus also co-initiated LinkedIn Local Leipzig, organizing events to bring together local LinkedIn members.

Marcus previously held positions at Lecturio, where they served as the Head of Customer Success from 2021 to 2023 and as a B2B Customer Relationships Project Manager from 2020 to 2020. Before that, Marcus was the Manager of Business Development at DIPAT Die Patientenverfügung GmbH in early 2020.

In 2018, they were a Sales Executive at Mynewsdesk, specializing in offering SaaS solutions for PR and Marketing. Marcus also worked as a Taskforce Member during the merger of Mynewsdesk and Mention during the same period.

Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Sales Consultant at keyfacts Onlineforschung GmbH in the field of online market research. Marcus started their career at LBBW Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, where they held various roles including Unternehmenskundenberater Junior, Interner IT-Trainer, Trainee Unternehmenskundenberatung, Marktassistent Unternehmenskunden, and Risikomanager Project Finance. Marcus studied Bankwirtschaft at the Berufsakademie during this time.

Marcus Diwisch earned a Master of Business Consulting (M.BC.) degree from WINGS-Fernstudium, which they attended from 2013 to 2015. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Interdisziplinäres Vermögensmanagement from Berufsakademie Sachsen | Staatliche Studienakademie Leipzig, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Marcus has also pursued additional certifications, including Ausbilder-Eignung (AdA) from IHK Leipzig in January 2011, General Management II from Staatliche Studienakademie Leipzig in October 2009, Cambridge First Certificate English (FCE) from the University of Cambridge in June 2007, and diplome d'études en langue francaise (DELF B1) from Republique Francaise, ministère de l'éducation nationale, de l'enseignement supérieur et de la recherche in March 2007. Marcus has also completed a certification in Storyline-Powerpointeffizienz from Silke Müller - Präsentationswerk. Additionally, Marcus is currently pursuing the Mountaineer program through Trailhead by Salesforce, starting in 2022.
