Ashley Ellis possesses extensive experience in sales enablement and customer success. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Effectiveness Strategist at Cornerstone OnDemand since June 2015, Ashley specializes in driving strategic initiatives that enhance team alignment, accelerate revenue growth, and optimize market execution. Prior to this role, Ashley held various positions at ArcBest Corporation from April 2010 to June 2015, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Client Success Manager. Ashley’s career also includes roles at John Brown University and the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, where expertise in admissions and scholarship coordination was developed. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Arkansas Tech University, completed in 2004.
