Nicole Romanowski

Nicole Romanowski currently serves as the Vice President and Head of People at Flexport, overseeing areas such as People Operations, Total Rewards, HR Programs, Payroll, and Recruiting since March 2021. Prior to this role, Nicole held various positions, including Senior Director and Head of People, Director of Global Operations, and Director of People Business Partner, where responsibilities included supporting the Senior Vice President of Global Operations and providing strategic HR partnership to the Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Nicole has worked as a Senior People Business Partner at Pacific Crane Maintenance Company and held several HR roles at Pacific Maritime Association, including Human Resources Manager and Senior Labor Relations Associate. Early career experience includes an internship at UCSB Intercollegiate Athletics. Nicole Romanowski holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
