Eric S. Rangen

Eric S. Rangen is the Executive Vice President-Strategic Initiatives at Flexsteel Industries. Eric has over 25 years of experience in executive leadership and financial management.

Rangen began their career as a Sergeant in the US Army from 1976 to 1980. Eric then worked as a Partner at Deloitte & Touche from 1983 to 2001. In 2001, they became the EVP/CFO at Alliant Techsytems ATK, where they worked until 2006. Rangen has been with Flexsteel Industries since 2006, first as the Flexsteel Industries; LTC Re and is currently the Executive Vice President-Strategic Initiatives.

They are on a team with and Derek P. Schmidt - CFO, COO. Eric S. Rangen reports to Michael J. Edwards, CEO.
