Jan Henk Penninkhof

Jan Henk Penninkhof has a diverse work experience in various roles related to supply chain management and business development. Jan Henk started their career at Tilburg University as a Student Assistant at CenterAR. From there, they joined Eastman Chemical Company in 2005, where they held multiple positions, including Supply Planner, Advanced Pricing Specialist, Alternate Methods of Supply Agreement Owner EMEA, Pricing & Demand Manager Chemical Intermediates and Plasticizers, and Supply Chain Manager EMEA Chemical Intermediates & Plasticizers. In these roles, they were responsible for customer service, planning, product support services, pricing, demand planning, and implementing advanced planning software. Jan Henk later served as the Manager of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence, EMEA, where they led a team to drive innovation and improvements in operational performance. In their most recent position at Eastman Chemical Company, they worked as a Global Product Manager PPDs/Tire Resin and later as a Supply Chain Manager EMEA, Specialty Plastics & Tire Additives. Currently, they are serving as the Business Unit Director Insoluble Sulfur at Flexsys. Prior to this, they held the position of Global business lead at Flexsys.

Jan Henk Penninkhof attended Oosterlicht College from 1993 to 1999, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they pursued their higher education at Tilburg University from 1999 to 2004. At Tilburg University, Jan Henk Penninkhof earned a Master's degree (Drs.) in Business Economics with a focus on Logistics Management.
