Jason Hass

Jason Hass has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Jason has experience working at FlexTrades as the Director of Operations, where Jason is responsible for strategic goals, managing team members, and improving customer/client experiences. Jason also served as a General Manager, overseeing operations to ensure customer satisfaction and implementing new initiatives. Prior to this, Jason worked in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve as a Career Planner/Infantry Platoon Sergeant. Jason also has experience as an Operations Manager at a company that managed workforces across the U. S. In addition, Jason has worked as a Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Trainee at different companies, conducting maintenance on machines and ensuring safety standards were met.
